The signing ceremony of the United Nations Convention against Cybercrime with the theme "Combating Cybercrime - Sharing Responsibility - Looking Forward" will be held from October 25 to 26 in Hanoi.

According to the announcement of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs , the opening ceremony of the signing of the United Nations Convention against Cybercrime with the theme "Fighting Cybercrime - Sharing Responsibility - Looking Towards the Future" will be held from October 25 to 26 in Hanoi.

President Luong Cuong will preside over the signing ceremony of the Convention with the participation of United Nations Secretary-General Antonio Guterres and many senior leaders of countries, regional and international organizations.

It is expected that within the framework of the Convention Opening Ceremony, there will be a High-level Plenary Discussion, high-level roundtable discussions and sideline conferences on international cooperation in preventing and combating cybercrime./.
