This is a meaningful event towards the 80th anniversary of the National Assembly of Vietnam (January 6, 1946 - January 6, 2026), welcoming the 10th Session of the 15th National Assembly and preparing for the opening of the Vietnam National Assembly Museum.

The work "Strength of the People's Heart" is 1,946mm high, representing the year the first General Election was held; 80cm wide - marking the 80th anniversary of the Vietnamese National Assembly.
The work is created with the image of 18 Lac birds flying on a cloud background, symbolizing the 18 Hung Kings, the sacred origin of the Vietnamese people, evoking the aspiration to reach high and far of the nation throughout history. In the center is the National Emblem of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, a symbol of the strength of national unity, independence, freedom and national sovereignty .

When the light shines at a distance of 2,025mm from the work, the shadow of the work recreates the image of President Ho Chi Minh casting the first vote in the 1946 General Election for the First National Assembly. When the light moves, the shadow of the National Emblem appears clearly, blending with the shape of the work to convey the message "The Power of the People's Heart".
The work uses copper and iron as the main materials, inspired by President Ho Chi Minh's advice: "The country was won back thanks to iron courage/ The career was built by copper". The distance of light is 2,026 mm, also a symbol of the 80-year journey of the National Assembly accompanying the country's development.
Speaking at the reception ceremony, Deputy Head of the National Assembly Office Nguyen Van Hien emphasized that the work is a harmonious combination of historical and artistic values, vividly demonstrating the close relationship between the leader and the people, while honoring the strength of solidarity, patriotism and the will to master the country of the nation. Receiving and displaying the work at the Vietnam National Assembly Museum not only contributes to enriching the value of artifacts, enhancing the public experience, but also affirms the democratic spirit and the people's trust in the National Assembly, honoring the value of national solidarity.

With sincere thanks to artist Bui Van Tu for donating the work, the Deputy Head of the National Assembly Office assigned the Department of Information and Library (National Assembly Office) to receive, preserve and display the work at the Vietnam National Assembly Museum in a solemn and scientific manner, ensuring the artistic and historical value of the work, and organizing activities to introduce it to the public in an effective and lively manner.
