Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Pham Thanh Ngai periodically received citizens in October 2025

On the afternoon of November 4, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Pham Thanh Ngai chaired the regular citizen reception in October 2025. At the citizen reception, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Pham Thanh Ngai listened to the requests and complaints of Mr. Tran Tri Phuoc, residing at 54/6D, Lam Thanh Mau Street, An Xuyen Ward, Ca Mau Province.

Accordingly, in 2001, the family of Mr. Tran Tri Duc and Mrs. Doan Muoi (Mr. Tran Tri Phuoc's father and mother) bought land from Ms. Nguyen Thi Lua, with an area of ​​433 square meters. However, when the land use right certificate was granted, it was only 397.19 square meters. Mr. Tran Tri Phuoc reported that the granting of the land use right certificate to his family for the land transferred from Ms. Nguyen Thi Lua was not in accordance with the transfer contract.

Through the process of handling the previous case, the competent authorities and local authorities have inspected, reviewed, and repeatedly commented on the content of the land use right certificates granted to Mr. Tran Tri Duc and Ms. Doan Muoi being implemented strictly, in accordance with the correct order and procedures; at the same time, they guided Mr. Phuoc to exercise his rights and obligations in accordance with the provisions of law.

Regarding the content of Mr. Tran Tri Phuoc's reflection, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Lam Van Bi said: Citizens have the right to request, complain, denounce, and file a lawsuit in court according to the provisions of law when their rights and interests are violated and must be responsible before the law. Thereby, Mr. Tran Tri Phuoc is requested to redefine the content of the request, complaint, denunciation or need to file a lawsuit in court and send a document to the competent authority to resolve each content according to the provisions of law.

At the citizen reception, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Pham Thanh Ngai explained the process of verifying and resolving complaints and denunciations; the rights and obligations of citizens in resolving complaints and denunciations so that Mr. Tran Tri Phuoc could understand. The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee directed the Provincial Citizen Reception Committee and relevant agencies to guide Mr. Tran Tri Phuoc in exercising his rights to request, complain, denounce, and file a lawsuit in accordance with the law.
