Special art program “Spring of Reunification”: Demonstrating the significance, greatness and immense value of the Great Victory of Spring 1975

The special art program "Spring of Reunification" to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of the South and National Reunification (April 30, 1975 - April 30, 2025) will take place at 8:10 p.m. on April 29, 2025 (Tuesday) at the Creative Park, Ho Chi Minh City and will be broadcast live on VTV1.

Implementing the Overall Project of activities to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of the South and National Reunification Day and the conclusions of the Central Steering Committee, the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism presided over and coordinated with the People's Committee of Ho Chi Minh City and relevant units to organize the special art program "Spring of Reunification" to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of the South and National Reunification Day (April 30, 1975 - April 30, 2025).

The program: "Spring of Unification" will take place at 8:10 p.m. on April 29, 2025 (Tuesday) at Creative Park, Thu Thiem Ward, Thu Duc City, Ho Chi Minh City.

The program is broadcast live on VTV1 of Vietnam Television and digital platforms of central press agencies and Radio and Television stations of provinces and cities across the country.

The program: "Spring of Reunification" demonstrates the significance, greatness and great value of the Great Victory of Spring 1975, completely liberating the South and unifying the country in the history of building and defending the country of our people. Through the program, it propagates to all classes of people about love for the homeland, country, national pride and revolutionary tradition under the leadership of the Communist Party of Vietnam ; comprehensively and deeply evaluates the country's development achievements in all fields after 50 years of national reunification, through 40 years of carrying out the renovation process of the whole country in general and Ho Chi Minh City in particular.

The program aims to preserve and promote fine traditional culture combined with tourism development; strengthen national solidarity, and successfully carry out the country's innovation in the new era.

The program combines elements of traditional art with modern art; through the language of music and dance, combined with modern sound and lighting systems to create unique colors, recreating the heroic, persistent, and resilient struggle of the entire nation to liberate the South and unify the country; at the same time, depicting a picture of Vietnam with its great achievements after 50 years of national unification under the wise and talented leadership of our Party. And will continue to write the spirit of the day of total victory to build Vietnam more and more dignified and beautiful as the wish of beloved President Ho Chi Minh.

The program is structured into 3 chapters: Chapter 1: "The pain of division and the path to unification"; Chapter 2: "Spring of peace" and Chapter 3: "Spring of a new era".
