The program is directed by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, with the participation of the Culture Newspaper, the Vietnam Music and Dance Theater and related units. The event is broadcast live on VTV1 channel.

With profound political and cultural significance, the program is a sincere tribute, contributing to spreading Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style to the public, especially the young generation. Many famous artists from many generations will participate in the program such as: People's Artist Thu Hien, People's Artist Quang Vinh, People's Artist Truong Giang, Meritorious Artist To Nga, along with young faces such as: Anh Tu, Thao Nguyen, Oplus group, Hoang Hai... The program consists of 3 chapters: The person looking for the shape of the country , The flag for peace and Forever the name of the person - Ho Chi Minh .

The program combines music, dance, drama, animation, and modern 3D mapping technology to depict Uncle Ho's great journey and humanistic thoughts.

Many touching performances such as White Winters (hologram projection), international reportage on Ho Chi Minh's ideology or the medley Who loves Uncle Ho Chi Minh more than children ... will express the Vietnamese people's boundless love for the great leader.

The message conveyed throughout is the spirit of gratitude, appreciation for history and the aspiration to build a strong country, in accordance with the sacred will of Uncle Ho. Through carefully staged artistic performances, the program aims to propagate and educate the tradition of patriotism, revolutionary ideals and spread the spirit of studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style to all classes of people; contributing to creating a vibrant competitive atmosphere, encouraging the entire Party, the entire people and the entire army to continue studying for the goal of building an increasingly prosperous country, especially in the context that the whole country is entering an era of national development.
