Program "Talk with education managers"

On November 12, in Ha Giang 1 ward, the Unesco Center for Training and Education Development in collaboration with the Department of Education and Training of Tuyen Quang province organized a "Talk with education managers". The event attracted the participation of more than 600 education managers at all levels in the province.

More than 600 educational administrators participated in the program.

With the goal of “Leading Change”, the “Talk with Education Managers” series of activities is organized to connect, support and accompany school leaders and local education managers in the context of fundamental and comprehensive innovation in education and training. Inspired by the famous book “Leading Change” by Professor John P. Kotter – Harvard University, the program is designed as an open forum where managers not only share knowledge but also get inspired and find practical solutions to improve the effectiveness of school leadership and management in the digital transformation era.

Education administrators responded to the information shared by experts at the program.

The program focuses on five core topics, practical to the actual needs of managers, including: Safe and regulated financial management; implementing effective experiential activities for students; emotional management to build a happy working environment; building a positive and safe manager image in cyberspace; and especially applying information technology and artificial intelligence (AI) in educational management with the guidance of a team of prestigious experts in the fields of education, management, psychology and digital transformation, sharing experiences and solutions to help managers adapt, innovate and spread the spirit of "leading change" in today's educational environment.
