Professionalize the team of doctors working to protect the health of cadres

On November 28 and 29, 2025, Friendship Hospital coordinated with the Central Organizing Committee, the Ministry of Health and the Department of Health of Quang Ninh province to organize a Conference on Protecting the health of cadres for the team of doctors in charge of health care for cadres of 18 provinces and cities in the Northern region.

This year's conference has the theme: " Managing staff health in the new situation - Clinical nutrition and disease prevention vaccines ".

The conference was attended by: Comrade Pham Thi Hong Sam - Director of the Department of Personnel Policy, Central Organizing Committee; Comrade Le Thanh Son - Deputy Director; Dr. Nguyen Trong Khoa - Deputy Director of the Department of Medical Examination and Treatment Management, Ministry of Health ; Leaders of the Department of Health and Quang Ninh Provincial Hospital; Representatives of central and local agencies; Leaders of hospitals, medical centers and more than 200 doctors on duty to protect the health of officials from 18 provinces and cities.

Many important contents are updated

At the conference, delegates were updated with new knowledge about:

• Manage staff health in a modern, continuous and personalized manner;

• Electronic health records system, risk monitoring and early detection of chronic diseases;

• The role of clinical nutrition in health care for elderly staff or staff with underlying diseases;

• The importance of vaccines in disease prevention, in the context of emerging infectious diseases and rapidly changing disease patterns.

Experts emphasize that the work of protecting the health of cadres in the current period does not stop at periodic check-ups, but needs to move towards overall, comprehensive and continuous management, ensuring standardization and professionalism.

Forum for exchanging experiences between lines

The conference is also an opportunity for units under the Central Organizing Committee, the Ministry of Health , health departments and provincial hospitals to share implementation models, practical difficulties and solutions to improve the quality of medical examination and treatment for staff.

Speaking at the conference, the leader of Friendship Hospital affirmed that the unit will continue to play a leading role in the staff health care system, enhance training, professional support and connect all levels to build a synchronous and effective staff health care platform throughout the Northern region.

After two working days, the conference created a unified forum in terms of expertise, contributing to raising awareness, capacity and professionalization of the team of doctors working to protect the health of cadres.
