Early in the morning of February 5 (December 26), many families came to the Vietnam - Japan Labor Culture Palace, Ha Long City, Quang Ninh to wait for the bus to go home for Tet. These people are workers and their relatives working at the Hon Gai Coal Company - TKV.
The buses were free of charge and took the workers back to their hometowns. Everyone was carrying gifts they had bought at the mine.
Having taken the "zero-dong bus" for many years, Mr. Dam Manh Quang (born in 1988, working at the Mechanical and Electrical Transport Workshop, Hon Gai Coal Company - TKV) said that these buses are very convenient for him and his family because it is very difficult to buy bus tickets near Tet .
"If you buy a bus ticket outside, you have to book it a long time in advance, the ticket price is high, these free buses are convenient, reduce costs and take my whole family home," said Mr. Quang.
It is known that this morning, there were 37 buses taking 1,635 workers and their relatives home for Tet. Of these, the majority of workers went to Thai Binh , the farthest trip was to Nghe An and Ha Giang.
