With more than 60 official members and 120 community administrators, Phu Yen Business Connection Club aims at solidarity - sharing - sustainable development.
Journey of effort
On October 22, the Vietnam Association of Small and Medium Enterprises (VINASME) issued a decision to recognize Phu Yen Business Connection Club as a member unit of the association. To achieve this recognition is a journey of effort and solidarity of people with the desire to develop themselves and contribute to the common development of the province.
In 2023, through the Entrepreneurs Coffee activities, business people in the province found each other. In June 2024, they decided to change their name to Phu Yen Business Connection Club. These are not only meetings and exchanges, but also aim at more important values: sharing information and experience in business administration, management, investment, production and business. At the same time, supporting each other to develop together, through start-up projects.
| In addition to economic development activities, the Club always pays attention to social charity work, aiming at humanistic values. On August 19, 2024, the Club coordinated with the Office of the National Assembly Delegation and the Provincial People's Council, and the People's Committee of Son Hoa district to organize the program "Helping children go to school" for the 2024-2025 school year, awarding 210 scholarships, bicycles, desks, gifts... with a total value of nearly 300 million VND. |
Entrepreneurs together build plans to connect businesses with local authorities, businesses with businesses, and work towards solutions to bring products to customers most effectively. Through promotional activities, connecting associations, businesses, and investors inside and outside the province, the Club's members are growing. That is the difference of the Club, and at the same time brings new breath and vitality to the Phu Yen business community in the era of national development.
In recent times, the Business Coffee event has been held 2-3 times a month. Along with that, the members have joined forces to create programs that leave an impression on the business community and society.
These are the Spring Business Meeting Program of Giap Thin 2024 taking place at Sala Grand Hotel, with the participation of nearly 50 member enterprises and delegations of Phu Yen Business Club in Ho Chi Minh City, Khanh Hoa - Saigon Business Club; the program to welcome and exchange with the YBA Cho Lon Young Business Association (Ho Chi Minh City) in March 2024; exchange and trade connection in Ho Chi Minh City in April 2024...
In addition, the Club actively participates in creating its own booths to support members in displaying and introducing products in provincial programs such as: Central Industry and Trade Fair, Innovation and Startup Festival 2024...

Towards sustainable values
As a professional social organization, the Club identifies the development of its members as a fulcrum, aiming for sustainability. To achieve that, solidarity and unity in activities are considered key, contributing to the strength of the Club.
The Club operates on the principles of voluntariness, equality, and democracy. The Executive Board is responsible for steering and taking responsibility for the effectiveness of the Club's activities. In addition to official members, the Club builds a Phu Yen Business Connection Community model on the Zalo application, creating a link and sharing information with entrepreneurs and business leaders. This can be seen as an open direction for the Club to recruit more members with passion, capacity, responsibility and like-mindedness.
Depending on each specific situation in the investment, production and business activities of members, the Executive Board connects and helps members in terms of conditions and capabilities, ensuring specific benefits for official members according to each specific program.
The club operates under a self-governing, self-managed mechanism, with voluntary financial contributions from its members. Club leaders are responsible for developing plans, programs, and activities that are consistent with the contributions of its members. Ensuring that the club's initial goals are met, which are: if you want to go far, you have to go together; members develop together to create a "common home" for Phu Yen's business community and entrepreneurs.

The club has advantages that need to be promoted, which is the diversity of its members. We have members who work outside the province, but have the spirit of contributing to building Phu Yen homeland to become more and more beautiful.
The Vietnam Association of Small and Medium Enterprises is also very interested in supporting and creating conditions for the Club to develop. The Club also proactively approaches and implements policies of functional agencies, as well as connects and builds good relationships with other associations/clubs/associations in the province.
With the assigned responsibility, I hope to gradually perfect the operating model, management personnel, ensure internal strength and maximum support for members to develop together. In the long term, the Club will expand connections with business organizations/entrepreneurs in the provinces, helping members access opportunities to develop their business fields.
To achieve the goal, the club members must be united and united. That creates the strength and value of the club.

I have been a member of the Business Connection Club for about a year. During the process, I have found this model to be very meaningful and valuable. The club managers enthusiastically support members in their business. The members are also very united and support each other to develop together.
My company specializes in civil and construction electricity. When there is information about partners in need, the Business Connection Club enthusiastically supports me to approach and distribute products. As a member of the Club, I have priority access to information and business support. Not only me, but many other members are also helped, especially with new start-up companies, still facing many difficulties and confusion. The Club's activities are a meaningful support, helping them to be confident in the market.
