CLIP: Driver has a stroke, car wobbles, loses control on Phan Thiet highway

(NLDO) - A truck was traveling on the Phan Thiet - Dau Giay highway ( Binh Thuan ) when the driver showed signs of a stroke and lost control of the vehicle.

On December 1, family members said that the health of driver Vo Tan Danh (living in Ho Chi Minh City) has temporarily stabilized.

Previously, at around 6:00 p.m. on November 30, Patrol Team No. 1 of Team 6, Department 6, Traffic Police Department ( Ministry of Public Security ) was patrolling on the Phan Thiet - Dau Giay expressway when it discovered at Km 68 from Binh Thuan to Dong Nai, truck 51C-963.38 traveling in front of it showing signs of abnormality as it continuously lost control and swerved.

The patrol team approached and warned the car to stop.

When approaching the cockpit, the driver was alone in the car, lying face down in the cockpit, his face purple, showing signs of difficulty breathing, drowsiness...

Suspecting that the driver had suffered a stroke, the traffic police immediately took the truck driver down, helped him into a special vehicle, and blew the siren to take him to the Xuan Loc District Medical Center, Dong Nai Province for emergency treatment. Initially, the man was identified as Vo Tan Danh, residing in Ho Chi Minh City.

The driver's truck was put into the emergency lane on the Phan Thiet - Dau Giay highway and traffic police contacted the owner to take him home.
