Real estate stocks surge, VN-Index only slightly decreases

On the HoSE floor, the order matching value of this session was equivalent to the previous session, reaching more than VND 20,184.42 billion.

Foreign investors net sold approximately 256 billion VND on HoSE. On the buying side, NVL shares were bought the most with a value of more than 289 billion VND, followed by NLG (92 billion VND), EIB (76 billion VND)... On the contrary, CTG was sold the most (136 billion VND), followed by GEX (110 billion VND), HPG (82 billion VND)...

Today's session, the VN30 group of stocks closed with 8 stocks increasing, 1 stock remaining unchanged and 21 stocks decreasing.

Of which, VRE increased the highest in the group with an increase of 3.56% to VND 27,650/share, followed by VHM increasing by 1.59%, BCM increasing by 1.14%.

Codes: LPB, STB, TCB, TPB, VPB increased slightly with VIC stopping at reference.

On the other hand, PLX decreased by 1.69% to VND34,900/share, CTG decreased by 1.64%, BVH decreased by 1.53%, SHB decreased by 1.45%, FPT decreased by 1.1%, SSB decreased by 1.08%.

The remaining codes: ACB , BID, GAS, GVR, HDB, HPG, MBB, MSN, MWG, SAB, SSI, VCB, VIB, VJC, VNM decreased slightly.

In terms of industry groups, steel stocks traded differently. Of which, SMC increased by 6.1% to VND11,300/share, HMC increased by 1.69%, NKG increased slightly, DTL stopped at reference. On the other hand, TLH decreased by 3.01% to VND5,480/share, VCA decreased by 1.11%, HPG, HSG decreased slightly.

The group of securities stocks traded in the main red color, closing down 0.64%. Besides SSI mentioned above, VND decreased by 2.48% to 15,750 VND/share, FTS decreased by 1.89%, APG decreased by 1.67%, BSI decreased by 1.49%, ORS decreased by 1.47%, HCM decreased by 1.35%, VDS decreased by 1.32%, TVB decreased by 1.31%, VCI decreased by 1.09%, AGR, CTS, DSC, SSI, TCI decreased slightly. Banking stocks closed the session in light red, down 0.09%. In addition to the codes: ACB, BID, CTG, HDB, LPB, MBB, SHB, SSB, STB, TCB, TPB, VCB, VPB, VIB in the VN30 group mentioned above, other codes such as: EIB increased by 5.29% to VND22,900/share, MSB increased slightly, OCB , NAB decreased slightly.

Meanwhile, the real estate group continued to grow strongly, led by the pillars: VRE, VHM. In addition, the stocks that increased strongly were: NVL, NTL, hitting the ceiling, HDC up 6.67%, DIG up 2.18%, HTN up 2.15%, NLG and SIP both up 3.65%, TCH up 2.82%, VPI up 2.51%. Other stocks such as: CKG, DXS, HPX, HQC, ITC, LDG, PDR, QCG, SGR, TIP, TN1 up from 1.12-1.79%.

Other industry groups such as: production materials, distribution and retail of durable goods, consumer services, and telecommunications increased slightly.

In the opposite direction, transportation decreased by 1.88% and software decreased by 1.07%.

* The Vietnamese stock market index fluctuated quite strongly today, VNXALL-Index closed up 1.87 points (+0.09%), to 2,199.86 points. Liquidity of the whole market, with trading volume reaching 906.53 million units, corresponding to trading value reaching 20,705.85 billion VND. In the whole market, there were 194 stocks increasing in price, 72 stocks remaining unchanged and 202 stocks decreasing in price.

* At the Hanoi Stock Exchange, the HNX-Index closed at 224.30 points, up 0.74 points (+0.33%). Liquidity reached a total of more than 81.16 million shares transferred, with a corresponding trading value of more than VND 1,309,919 billion. The entire floor had 88 stocks increasing, 59 stocks remaining unchanged and 72 stocks decreasing.

The HNX30 index closed up 2.96 points (+0.65%) to 456.31 points. Trading volume reached about 56.34 million units, with a corresponding value of more than VND1,046,057 billion. The HNX30 group of stocks ended the trading day with 15 stocks increasing, 5 stocks remaining unchanged and 10 stocks decreasing.

The VN30 Index decreased by 0.62 points (-0.04%) to 1,431.57 points. Liquidity reached more than 301.76 million units, equivalent to a trading value of VND8,495.15 billion. The VN30 group of stocks ended the trading day with 8 stocks increasing, 1 stock remaining unchanged and 21 stocks decreasing.
