Deputy Director of the Departmentof Education and Training Ha Thi Thu Phuong spoke at the training conference on professional examination inspection on the afternoon of May 30. |
Speaking with Nhan Dan Newspaper reporters, Deputy Director of the Department of Education and Training of Thai Binh province, Ha Thi Thu Phuong, quickly informed: For this year's 10th grade entrance exam, the Department reviewed all preparation conditions for the exam, including facilities and equipment from the exam preparation stage, exam boards, exam marking locations, etc. to ensure safety and confidentiality.
The Department carefully studied Circular 30 of the Ministry of Education and Training on the regulations on junior high school and high school admissions, which was newly issued at the end of 2024. From there, it was specified in Regulation No. 26, which is very detailed and clear, so that units and focal points related to admissions work can implement it uniformly.
Before this year's exam, the Department provided professional training to the team directly conducting the exam, including: Inspectors; Chairman, Vice Chairman and Secretary of the Examination Council. In addition, a meeting was held to thoroughly understand the responsibilities of each individual participating in the 10th grade entrance exam, including anticipating situations and incidents that may occur during the exam to handle.
This year, the Department of Education and Training of Thai Binh province organized the selection of competent, experienced and responsible staff to take charge of all stages of the 10th grade admission process to avoid errors.

At examination locations throughout the province, all positions in the Examination Council leadership will be swapped to ensure that they are not school employees to ensure fairness and objectivity (only one Vice Chairman of the Examination Council in charge of facilities will be retained).
Finally, the provincial Department of Education and Training pays special attention to reviewing the software system serving the enrollment work and coordinates with the provincial Police to proactively prevent, detect, and stop candidates from using high technology during the exam process.
