More than 3,700 people have yet to receive the money.

On February 1st, the Ho Chi Minh City Social Insurance agency announced that on December 18th, they would combine pension payments for January and February 2024 into a single payment in January 2024, aiming to help retirees enjoy the Lunar New Year in 2024.

Specifically, payments will be made in cash at designated payment points within the Ho Chi Minh City Post Office system to beneficiaries from January 2nd to February 23rd. Regarding payments via personal accounts, Ho Chi Minh City will transfer funds from January 2nd to 3rd.

According to statistics from Ho Chi Minh City Post Office, as of January 31st, there are still 3,759 people entitled to receive their pensions and social insurance benefits in cash who have not yet come to post offices to collect their payments for January and February 2024.

Therefore, the Ho Chi Minh City Social Insurance agency requests that eligible citizens promptly contact payment points of the city's postal system to receive their money.

The Ho Chi Minh City Social Insurance agency has requested district and Thu Duc City post offices to focus their resources to ensure timely payments and guarantee the full entitlement of beneficiaries.
