According to Mr. Buaphan Srisalasaeng, 69 years old, residing in Dan Chang sub-district, Bua Yai district, Nakhon Ratchasima province, Thailand, owner of Srisalasaeng farm, said this buffalo named Chao Med Ngern, 5 years old, weighs 1300kg and has horns 1 meter long on each side.

It won first prize in the beautiful buffalo contest in Chaiyaphum province in 2018. Currently, the value of Chao Med Ngern has reached 1.5 million baht (1.1 billion VND).

Buaphan revealed that when he ordered Chao Med Ngern to lie down, it would lie down. When he ordered it to stand up to take a photo, the male buffalo would also stand up.

This buffalo has become a target for traders and Thai buffalo lovers. They often visit and someone has offered up to 2 million baht (1.5 billion VND) to buy Chao Med Ngern but he refuses to sell.

The reason is because he has raised this buffalo since it was young and wants to stick with it for a long time. More importantly, the semen of this male buffalo can be sold for 3,000 baht, bringing in a monthly income of 20,000 to 30,000 baht for Mr. Buaphan.
