Hai Duong police actively guide people to contribute ideas to amend the Constitution via VNeID

From department-level units to the police of communes, wards and towns, officers and soldiers have seriously researched, discussed and contributed ideas in a constructive, responsible and scientific spirit, on the basis of closely following practical work, combat and force building.

Many units have contributed 100% of their opinions on the first day of collecting opinions via the VNeID application, such as: the Department of Administrative Management of Social Order, the Department of Criminal Techniques, the Department of Political Work... In addition, the Department of Administrative Management of Social Order also coordinated with the People's Committees at the district level to organize conferences to disseminate and implement the collection of public opinions on the Draft Amendments and Supplements to the 2013 Constitution via the VNeID application; build a file to broadcast to ward and commune loudspeakers and an information graphic to guide the use of the utility to collect public opinions on the amendments and supplements to a number of articles of the 2013 Constitution on the VNeID application.

100% of leaders and officers of the Department of Administrative Management of Social Order, Hai Duong Provincial Police participated in giving opinions on the Draft Amendment and Supplement to the 2013 Constitution via the VneID application on the first day of collecting opinions.

Through the VNeID application, officers and soldiers have proactively updated information, researched documents, followed conferences, documents and content related to the Constitution, demonstrating flexibility and innovation in the approach and study of politics and law in the digital transformation era.

According to the leader of Hai Duong Provincial Police, the comments focused on many important contents, especially the provisions related to the organization of the State apparatus; the leadership role of the Party; basic rights and obligations of citizens, functions and tasks of the people's armed forces, including the people's police.

In addition to participating in giving opinions, Hai Duong Provincial Police also actively applied information technology in disseminating the Constitution, deploying electronic documents, legal Q&A systems, supporting officers and soldiers to look up, study and research more conveniently.

Not only is it a broad political activity, participating in giving opinions on the draft Resolution of the National Assembly amending and supplementing a number of articles of the 2013 Constitution is also an opportunity for the entire Hai Duong Provincial Police force to raise legal awareness, consolidate political stance, and contribute to building a truly clean, strong, disciplined, elite, and modern force, worthy of the trust of the Party, State, and people.
