On the morning of June 4, the An Giang Provincial Police Party Committee held a review of 10 years of implementing Directive 05-CT/TW, dated May 15, 2016 of the Politburo; a preliminary review of the implementation of Regulation 09-QD/DUCA, dated May 19, 2025 of the Central Police Party Committee; and a review of the peak of attacking and suppressing crime, ensuring security and order in celebration of the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of the South and National Reunification.

In recent times, Party committees and leaders of public security units and localities have always paid attention to seriously implementing Directive 05-CT/TW and Conclusion 01-KL/TW of the Politburo , in conjunction with implementing Regulation 09 QD/DUCA on studying and implementing "Six teachings of Uncle Ho to the People's Public Security"; making efforts to find new solutions and methods suitable to conditions and characteristics of the situation. Many good models and effective methods of studying and following Uncle Ho have been creatively applied, bringing positive results in work. Specifically, organizing online political activities in conjunction with disseminating and implementing the Central's directives and resolutions to the commune-level Public Security for more than 400 participants; building 20 new Great Unity houses for officers, soldiers, security and order protection forces at the grassroots level, and protecting the people, worth 1.4 billion VND; Giving gifts to 20 children of martyrs and war invalids working in the People's Public Security; providing emergency assistance to 61 cases, over 370 million VND; repairing 4 houses of gratitude, over 360 million VND...

Colonel Lam Phuoc Nguyen (Director of the Provincial Police) emphasized that studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style; implementing "Six teachings of Uncle Ho to the People's Police" has become a voluntary and regular task of Party committees and organizations at all levels; creating profound changes for cadres, party members and soldiers. There have appeared many typical and excellent examples, many good and creative models of studying and following Uncle Ho's moral example associated with political tasks, promoting effectiveness, contributing to building and fostering the political mettle of the police force in the whole province.

During the peak of the attack and suppression of crime to ensure security and order for the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of the South and National Reunification, the provincial police force overcame difficulties to ensure security and safety for the country's important event. Thereby, crimes against social order were reduced, with 71 cases (down 32.4% compared to the same period in 2024); down 4% compared to the period immediately before the peak), achieving the set targets and objectives.

On this occasion, many groups and individuals received Emulation Flags, certificates of merit and certificates of merit for their achievements.
