To achieve this result, the Provincial Police have done a good job of political and ideological education to reassure officers and soldiers, creating high consensus and unity in the process of personnel arrangement, quickly stabilizing the organization, promptly and effectively resolving tasks of ensuring security and order in the area.
Streamlining the organizational apparatus is a consistent policy of the Party and the State. This policy is being implemented drastically, synchronously and initially bringing about effectiveness. In order to create consensus in the process of implementing this policy, the Standing Committee of the Party Committee and the leadership of the Provincial Police Department pay special attention to and do a good job in arranging personnel and carry it out urgently but cautiously, scientifically and methodically.
Accordingly, the Provincial Police have organized many meetings to discuss, discuss democratically and objectively, reach consensus, and grasp the thoughts and aspirations of officers and soldiers to create high consensus. For key areas with complicated security, the number of troops has been increased, and officers who are trained in security, have experience, and are familiar with the area have been assigned.
Similarly, in areas with complex social order, officers from the Police force are selected and assigned to take charge. Specialized fields in the force building, logistics, engineering, staff, movement synthesis, etc. are also arranged reasonably, ensuring stable succession and transition, minimizing unnecessary disruptions, creating all conditions for officers and soldiers to immediately get to work and quickly stabilize the organization.
