The conference assessed: In the 10 years of implementing Directive No. 05-CT/TW dated May 15, 2016 of the Politburo "on promoting the study and following of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle", Dak Doa District Party Committee has focused on propaganda, research and dissemination of Directive No. 05-CT/TW and related directive documents in many appropriate, practical and effective forms.

The Party Committee, government, Fatherland Front, departments, branches, organizations, agencies and units in the district have paid attention to proposing specific, practical and appropriate solutions in implementing the study and following of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle in all professional fields.

At the same time, attach importance to implementing the work of Party building and rectification according to the Resolution of the 4th Central Committee (term XII, XIII), Conclusion No. 21-KL/TW of the 13th Party Central Committee on promoting the building and rectification of the Party and the political system; resolutely prevent, repel, and strictly handle cadres and party members who have degraded political ideology, ethics, lifestyle, and manifestations of "self-evolution" and "self-transformation". Promote the spirit of self-criticism and criticism, and the sense of discipline of cadres and party members.

The Standing Committee of the District Party Committee has focused on leading and directing the annual thematic activities on Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle; promoting the pioneering and exemplary role of cadres and party members, especially the heads of Party committees, authorities, agencies and units in leading and implementing the Central's regulations on exemplary responsibility; resolutions, projects and directives of the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee, the District Party Executive Committee; resolutions of Party congresses at all levels and tasks of agencies, units and localities.

The District Party Committee has paid attention to directing the organization of preliminary and final summaries, commendations and timely rewards for typical and outstanding collectives and individuals in studying and following Uncle Ho's example.

At the same time, the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee regularly pays attention to the inspection and supervision of implementation; promotes the supervisory role of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, socio-political organizations and the People towards cadres and party members in implementing the regulations on setting an example.

From 2021 to present, the District Party Secretary has organized 67 citizen receptions with 83 citizens coming to reflect and make recommendations. The two-level district and commune authorities have organized 1,339 citizen receptions, received 1,025 petitions from citizens... Thereby, it has contributed to solving many difficult and complicated problems, associated with solving urgent and prominent issues in society that the people are interested in, creating consensus in society and the people.

In addition, the staff, civil servants and public employees have improved their sense of responsibility in their work, built a working style close to the people, respected the people, and together with the people at the grassroots level, effectively implemented patriotic emulation movements. The district has seen many advanced models in the fields of socio-economic development, ensuring national defense and security, building the Party and political system, consolidating the great national unity bloc, contributing to the comprehensive development of the district...

On this occasion, the conference announced the decision of the Chairman of Dak Doa District People's Committee to award certificates of merit to 18 collectives and 21 individuals with outstanding achievements in studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style, period 2016-2025.
