Hoa Binh Provincial Police operate under a new organizational model.

Kinhtedothi – From 00:00 on March 1, 2025, Hoa Binh Provincial Police will start operating under a new organizational model.

This is to improve operational efficiency, ensure regular and continuous work, and leave no gaps during the transition period to better serve the people.

One of the first important tasks is to receive and deploy the Drug Addiction Treatment Facility model in Hoa Binh province.

Activities such as: Receiving, screening, evaluating, classifying, determining addiction status; organizing and managing drug rehabilitation work, coordinating labor therapy, vocational training, job creation; developing regulations, processes, and rules for drug rehabilitation activities for students... are operated continuously, without interruption.

In addition, Hoa Binh Provincial Police also takes over state management of driver's license issuance, criminal records and network information management.

Tasks are transferred quickly, ensuring no interruptions, improving the quality of service to the people.
