Announcement of Decisions of the Director of the Department of Agriculture and Environment on appointment of department-level management positions

On the afternoon of August 29, 2025, the Department of Agriculture and Environment of Lang Son held a conference to announce the Director of the Department's Decision on appointing department-level management positions. Attending the conference were representatives of the Party Committee, leaders of the Department, leaders of departments and units under and affiliated to the Department of Agriculture and Environment. Comrade Nguyen Huu Chien, member of the Provincial Party Committee, Director of the Department of Agriculture and Environment chaired the conference.

In the program, the Conference announced 05 Decisions on appointing officials. Accordingly, Mr. Nguyen Van Binh, Deputy Head of the Forestry Sub-Department was appointed to the position of Chief of the Department Office, from September 1, 2025, with a term of appointment of 05 years; Ms. An Thi Huyen, Deputy Head of the Department Office, was appointed to the position of Deputy Head of the Department of Quality, Processing and Market Development from September 1, 2025, with a term of appointment of 05 years; Mr. Le Ngoc Minh, Specialist of the Department of Agriculture and Environment Office, was appointed to the position of Deputy Chief of the Department Office from September 1, 2025, with a term of appointment of 05 years; Mr. Mai Quynh Trong, Specialist of the Department of Animal Husbandry, Aquaculture and Veterinary Medicine, was appointed to the position of Deputy Head of the Department of Animal Husbandry, Aquaculture and Veterinary Medicine from September 1, 2025, with a term of appointment of 05 years; Appoint Mr. Pham Anh Dung, Specialist of the Department of Environment and Mineral Management, to hold the position of Deputy Head of the Department of Environment and Mineral Management under the Department of Agriculture and Environment of Lang Son province from September 1, 2025, with a term of 05 years.

Speaking at the conference, Comrade Nguyen Huu Chien, Provincial Party Committee member, Director of the Department of Agriculture and Environment congratulated the appointed leaders.
