The Department of Agriculture and Environment organized a sports tournament to celebrate the 80th anniversary of "Traditional Day of Vietnam's Agriculture and Environment Sector" (November 14, 1945 - November 14, 2025)

On the afternoon of October 31, 2025, the Department of Agriculture and Environment organized the Opening Ceremony of the Pickleball and Open Soccer Sports Tournament in a series of activities to celebrate the 80th Anniversary of "Traditional Day of Vietnam's Agriculture and Environment Sector" (November 14, 1945 - November 14, 2025).

Attending the opening ceremony were comrade Nguyen Huu Chien, Provincial Party Committee member, Director of the Department of Agriculture and Environment, leaders of the Department and leaders of departments, offices, and professional units under the Department; 69 athletes from 4 football teams (3/2 Football Club; Department of Finance, Department of Construction and the host team Department of Agriculture and Environment); 48 Pickleball athletes from units, offices, and professional units under the Department (Department Office Block; Forest Protection Sub-Department; Land Registration Office; Agricultural Extension Center; Center for Natural Resources and Environment; Management Board of special-use and protective forests).

During the 2 competition days of November 1 and 2 , with the spirit of honest sportsmanship , solidarity and nobility, the athletes gave the audience dramatic and attractive matches with many beautiful moves, good matches showing careful preparation and high determination.

The organizers presented flowers and souvenir flags to the athletes participating in the tournament.

Fierce play in men's football

At the end of the tournament, the Organizing Committee awarded prizes to the teams of athletes with good achievements. Football content: First prize went to the Department of Agriculture and Environment football team, second prize went to the Department of Construction team and shared third prize went to the Department of Finance team and the 3/2 Club football team; Pickleball content, men's doubles competition: First prize and second prize went to the two teams of the Land Registration Office, shared third prize went to the two teams of the Forest Protection Department and the Agricultural Extension Center; mixed doubles competition: First prize went to the Department Office team, second prize went to the Forest Protection Department team, shared third prize went to the two teams of the Agricultural Extension Center and the Land Registration Office.

The organizing committee awarded prizes to the sports teams with good results competing in the tournament.

The results of the Sports Tournament demonstrate the strong development of the sports movement, physical training following the example of great Uncle Ho in the entire Agriculture and Environment sector of Lang Son . In particular, it has demonstrated the spirit of solidarity, exchange, learning, and mutual understanding among cadres, civil servants, public employees, and workers in the entire sector , thereby contributing to the achievements in celebrating the major holidays of the country and the province and celebrating the 80th Anniversary of the Traditional Day of the Agriculture and Environment Sector of Vietnam (November 14, 1945 - November 14, 2025). The success of the Tournament creates a strong motivation for all cadres, civil servants, and public employees to continue to strive to excellently complete all assigned tasks./.
