Attending the Conference were representatives of the leaders of the Departments of Culture, Sports and Tourism, Science and Technology, Industry and Trade, and Health, who are members of the Provincial OCOP Product Evaluation and Classification Council; representatives of the People's Committees of the communes of Mau Son, Huu Lung, Tan Thanh, and Nhan Ly; and the subjects of OCOP products to be evaluated and classified in 2025. In 2025, the Department of Agriculture and Environment will coordinate with other departments and branches to implement the One Commune One Product (OCOP) Program in compliance with the annual OCOP cycle ; strengthen propaganda, guidance , and encourage people and economic entities to participate in the OCOP Program with high community spirit, bearing local characteristics and advantages. After implementing the 2-level local government model, the Provincial Assessment and Classification Council submitted to the Provincial People's Committee the Decision to grant Certificates to 06 products (04 4-star products and 02 3-star products), specifically: 4-star products, including: Luc Dinh Nui Tuyet Chicken of Thanh Loc Cooperative, Mau Son Commune; Bac Le Cong Dong Temple Relic of Bac Le Cong Dong Temple Relic Management Board, Tan Thanh Commune; Bo Khai Ngoc Que Tea (filter bag) and Bo Khai Ngoc Que Tea (instant) upgraded from 3 stars to 4 stars. 02 3-star OCOP products include: Mai Sao Chili Bamboo Shoots and Mai Sao Lap Xuong of Mai Sao Lang Son Cooperative, Nhan Ly Commune.
Through the evaluation and classification results, up to now the whole province has a total of 163 products (07 4-star products, 156 3-star products) with 36 months remaining .

To maintain and promote the movement of production and business development, the Director of the Department of Agriculture and Environment requested that entities with certified OCOP products proactively strengthen the linkage of production, processing and consumption activities according to the value chain to expand the market and increase revenue; invest in upgrading and expanding the scale, improving quality to increase product value, create more jobs, increase income for workers; actively participate in trade promotion programs , promote on e-commerce platforms, sell online, introduce products to build brands... Continue to invest in improving designs and packaging to suit consumer tastes; meet many customer segments, improve access to diverse markets. 3-star entities should further improve their products to upgrade to 4-star and 4-star products to 5-star in the near future. For the People's Committees of communes, it is necessary to direct the product development support department from the policy mechanism of the Central and the Province so that the subjects can develop production, improve product quality, build brands to increase competitiveness in the market; create conditions for the subjects to participate in trade promotion programs, events inside and outside the province to introduce OCOP products of Lang Son province to consumers; strengthen inspection and supervision to strictly implement the quality management of OCOP products. /.
