At the ceremony, comrade Phan Anh Minh - Member of the Standing Committee, Head of the Party Committee's Organization Committee, Head of the Group's Human Resources Management Committee announced the Decision of the Group's Party Committee's Standing Committee approving comrade Nguyen Dang Trinh - Member of the Party Committee's Standing Committee, Member of the Board of Directors, Deputy General Director of PVOIL to hold the position of Deputy Secretary of the PVOIL Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term. Next, comrade Nguyen Hai Nam - Member of the Standing Committee, Head of the Party Committee's Organization Committee, Head of the PVOIL Human Resources Organization Committee announced the Decision of the PVOIL Board of Directors to appoint comrade Nguyen Dang Trinh to hold the position of General Director, Legal Representative of PVOIL. The decisions take effect from December 1, 2024.

Speaking at the ceremony, comrade Le Manh Hung - Party Secretary, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Petrovietnam affirmed the excellent results of PVOIL in the period from 2020 to present, with high and comprehensive growth in revenue, profit, total assets, ... making an important contribution to the overall results of the Group. To achieve these results, it is the efforts of the collective leadership and employees of PVOIL; including the important role and contribution of comrade Doan Van Nhuom. Along with the thank you letter from Petrovietnam leaders to comrade Doan Van Nhuom, at the ceremony, on behalf of the Group's leaders, comrade Le Manh Hung expressed gratitude for comrade Doan Van Nhuom's contributions to the Oil and Gas industry, especially the outstanding achievements of individuals associated with the PVOIL collective in recent years.

Along with that, comrade Le Manh Hung congratulated comrade Nguyen Dang Trinh on his new assignment; congratulated PVOIL on both doing well in production and business; maintaining culture and internal solidarity; at the same time, building a team of leaders and successors, quickly perfecting personnel to aim for PVOIL's development goals. Comrade Le Manh Hung hoped that the new Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, new General Director of PVOIL would continue to inherit and develop the achievements of his predecessors, as well as his own, together with the collective leadership and employees of PVOIL to unite, unify, and develop the Corporation strongly, contributing to the overall development of the Group.

Speaking at the ceremony, Comrade Doan Van Nhuom - former Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, former General Director of PVOIL expressed his emotion, joy and gratitude when receiving congratulations and gratitude from the Group's leaders as well as the collective leadership and employees of PVOIL; affirming that it is an honor for an official after many years of working and retiring. He thanked the good feelings, attention and support of the Group's and PVOIL's leaders during his working time, helping him to excellently complete the assigned tasks. He wished the leaders good health and wished PVOIL to grow stronger and stronger.

Comrade Nguyen Dang Trinh delivered a speech accepting the position of Deputy Party Secretary and General Director of PVOIL.

Receiving the assignment, comrade Nguyen Dang Trinh expressed his deep gratitude to the Party Committee and leaders of the Group; the collective Party Committee, Board of Directors, Board of Management; leaders and employees, party members of departments/offices, affiliated units, and member units of PVOIL for trusting and assigning the assignment. Receiving the new assignment is both a source of pride and a great responsibility. He pledged to continue to inherit the results and working experience of previous generations, uphold the spirit of responsibility, solidarity, self-cultivation, learning from experience, together with the Party Committee, collective leadership and employees of PVOIL to effectively and successfully implement the solutions of "renewing old motivation, supplementing new motivation", successfully completing the tasks in 2025 and the following years, contributing to the implementation of PVOIL's development strategy.

On behalf of the Party Committee and leaders of PVOIL, Comrade Cao Hoai Duong - Party Committee Secretary, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Corporation thanked the Group for its deep concern and great support for PVOIL. He affirmed that with the support of the Group and the efforts of the collective of employees, PVOIL has achieved many outstanding and strategic results in the past time. Those results have a great contribution from Comrade Doan Van Nhuom. On behalf of the collective leadership of PVOIL, Comrade Cao Hoai Duong expressed his deep gratitude for the dedication and contributions of Comrade Doan Van Nhuom and wished him good health and success in the new journey.

Comrade Cao Hoai Duong also congratulated the new Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, new General Director of PVOIL Nguyen Dang Trinh for receiving great trust from the Group's leaders, and being assigned a very important new task; hoping that in his new position, Comrade Nguyen Dang Trinh will reap many successes, contributing more to the development of PVOIL in particular and the Group in general.
