Also attending the closing ceremony were members of the Jury, representatives of leaders, artists and actors of 24 NTQC troupes.
After 6 days of competition with 127 performances by more than 1,000 officers, soldiers and collaborators from 24 NTQC Groups including: 5 Competition Groups which are units under the Ministry, 2 Police Schools, 16 Police units and 1 unit under the Ministry of National Defense, the audience had many different emotions.
The performances include a variety of genres including singing, dancing, music, and drama; including 67 self-written and newly composed performances by leaders, officers, and soldiers in the People's Public Security Forces. The units brought to the Festival elaborate performances, harmoniously combining sound and stage lighting, unique content closely related to local culture, and the dedication of the People's Public Security Forces officers and soldiers.
People's Artist Nguyen Quang Vinh, former Acting Director of the Department of Performing Arts, Chairman of the Hanoi Music Association - Head of the Jury Board of the National Music Festival, said that in terms of theme, the main flow of the 202nd Festival in Region 3 focused on the right theme and content, which is: Praising the Party, beloved Uncle Ho; love for the homeland; the glorious tradition of the People's Public Security Forces in general, the Public Security of units and localities in particular in the cause of fighting for national liberation, building and defending the Fatherland, associated with studying and following the ideology, morality, and style of Ho Chi Minh and implementing the Six Teachings of Uncle Ho to the People's Public Security Forces.
In addition, many performances praised the spirit of solidarity and unity of the Police, Army and people, ready to overcome difficulties, hardships, and sacrifice for national security and for a peaceful life...
"Some traditional songs of the People's Public Security Forces have been invested in by units to arrange, arrange, and renew, blending art forms, regional colors, and the People's Public Security Forces with the Party, Uncle Ho, homeland, country, and people," People's Artist Nguyen Quang Vinh acknowledged.
The new point at this Festival is the participation of the Art Troupe of the Ministry of National Defense. The Organizing Committee has expanded the participants to attract collaborators and professional actors. This has made the festival diverse in form, rich in expression and is a driving force to promote professional quality in the movement in each unit and locality.
“The Board of Judges especially acknowledges the officers and soldiers of the People's Public Security who overcame difficulties to participate in the festival with a high sense of responsibility, not only contributing to the literature and art of the People's Public Security but also contributing to the literature and art of Vietnam. All of that has created a vibrant atmosphere of cultural life at the grassroots level, building solidarity and warm military-civilian relations, and this is an innovation at this festival,” said People's Artist Nguyen Quang Vinh.
As a result, the Organizing Committee of the Festival decided to award the Flag of the Ministry of Public Security to 5 police units and localities that achieved excellent art programs, including: Nghe An Provincial Police Artistic Performance Group, Tuyen Quang Provincial Police Artistic Performance Group, Emulation Group No. 2 (led by the Department of Cyber Security and High-Tech Crime Prevention and Control - Ministry of Public Security), Ha Nam Provincial Police Artistic Performance Group and Hue City Police Artistic Performance Group.
The Organizing Committee awarded the Good Art Program to 8 Police units and localities, including: Nam Dinh Provincial Police's National Artistic Performance Group, Emulation Cluster No. 9 (led by the Logistics Department - Ministry of Public Security), Hue City Military Command's National Artistic Performance Group, Quang Tri Provincial Police's National Artistic Performance Group, Ha Tinh Provincial Police's National Artistic Performance Group, Hai Duong Provincial Police's National Artistic Performance Group, Quang Ngai Provincial Police's National Artistic Performance Group and Emulation Cluster No. 7 (led by the Ministry of Public Security's Inspectorate).
In addition, the Organizing Committee also awarded the Good Art Program Award to 9 Police Units and Localities, including: Quang Nam Provincial Police's National Defense Artistic Competition Group, Emulation Group No. 6 (led by the Department of Science, Strategy and History - Ministry of Public Security), Da Nang City Police's National Defense Artistic Competition Group, Thanh Hoa Provincial Police's National Defense Artistic Competition Group, Ninh Binh Provincial Police's National Defense Artistic Competition Group, Emulation Group No. 5 (led by the Department of Administrative Management of Social Order - Ministry of Public Security), Thai Binh Provincial Police's National Defense Artistic Competition Group, Quang Binh Provincial Police's National Defense Artistic Competition Group, People's Police College I.
For the performance awards, the Ministry of Public Security decided to award the Certificate of the Organizing Committee with the Ministry's Certificate of Merit to 25 performances that won the A prize; award the Certificate of the Organizing Committee to 38 performances that won the B prize, 50 performances that won the C prize and 19 Certificates for the thematic awards to outstanding and promising talented actors; typical actors with many contributions and overcoming difficulties; authors with new and quality songs on the topic of the People's Public Security; performances that excellently performed the topic of the People's Public Security studying and following the Six Teachings of Uncle Ho.
