IMPROVE WORKING ENVIRONMENT
Regarding occupational safety and hygiene (OSH), the Company and the Trade Union have made many efforts, such as: Establishing an OSH Board and maintaining the effective operation of a safety and hygiene network of 28 people who have been regularly reinforced and trained, effectively promoting the role of supervision, reminders, and handling of dangerous situations.
The Company's medical department has 2 qualified staff, fully equipped with medicine cabinets and first aid equipment. Labor regulations, technical procedures, operation, and equipment cleaning are reviewed and updated annually; pressure equipment is periodically inspected; fully equipped with fire prevention and fighting equipment, and the automatic fire alarm system is maintained annually.
Organize training, provide occupational safety and health training and issue certificates to employees. Workers directly using machinery are trained in operating, using, and cleaning equipment and are issued "Safety Officer" cards. The site provides full personal protective equipment (over 148 million VND), supports training for employees (nearly 300 million VND), and provides periodic health check-ups (nearly 140 million VND).
The company has had no occupational accidents or diseases in recent years. The company has invested over 500 million VND in solid waste treatment, planting ornamental plants and flowers, creating a clean, beautiful and airy environment. The wastewater and exhaust gas treatment system meets pharmaceutical industry standards.
