The Party Building Magazine Trade Union organizes the Congress for the 2023-2028 term

During the 2017-2022 term, despite facing many difficulties due to objective conditions, the Party Building Magazine Trade Union closely followed the leadership and direction of the Party Cell and Trade Union Board, promoted the spirit of solidarity and proactiveness in work; clearly identified key tasks to focus on implementing, striving to complete the goals and tasks set out by the Magazine Trade Union Congress for the 2017-2022 term.

The Journal's Trade Union has concretized programs, tasks and organized activities; launched patriotic emulation movements; done a good job of caring for and protecting the legitimate rights and interests of union members... The team of union members has good moral qualities, high professional qualifications, meeting the requirements of the task; has made many efforts, worked creatively; discipline and order are maintained, which are favorable factors for the Trade Union to complete its tasks and contribute to the overall development of the Journal. The ideological situation of cadres, reporters and employees is stable, making them feel secure in their work. The implementation of regimes and policies related to employees is strictly implemented in accordance with the provisions of law.

During the past term, the Magazine Union has organized and implemented documents, policies, regimes and regulations directly related to union members at the unit such as participating in supervising the implementation of democratic regulations, internal spending regulations, salary increase, rank/grade increase, rewards, discipline, maternity regime and training regime, fostering to improve professional qualifications, political theory, organizing exchange activities, visiting historical sites... creating a united, friendly and harmonious environment, thereby motivating and encouraging the working spirit of each union member.

At the congress, the discussion opinions of the union members at the congress evaluated more specifically the results achieved in implementing the Resolution of the Journal Union Congress for the 2017-2022 term, and at the same time, the opinions also proposed additional goals and requirements in the coming time.

On behalf of the Party Cell and Editorial Board of the Magazine, comrade Ngo Minh Tuan, Party Cell Secretary and Editor-in-Chief of the Magazine, hopes that the Trade Union Executive Committee will pay attention to promoting vibrant cultural and sports activities; be close to and listen to the thoughts and aspirations of union members; believe that the Trade Union Executive Committee will try and make efforts to effectively lead the Trade Union activities of the Magazine, promote the advantages and overcome the limitations of the past term to successfully complete the goals set forth in the Congress Resolution.

With the spirit of "Democracy - Innovation - Solidarity - Creativity", the Congress elected 3 comrades to the Executive Committee of the Trade Union of Party Building Magazine for the 2023-2028 term, including comrades: Tran Thi Xuan Vinh, Nguyen Thi Thu Hang, Nguyen Ba Thang.
