Quang Nam Civil Servants' Trade Union achieved and exceeded many work targets.

According to Mr. Tran Quoc Bao - Chairman of the Quang Nam Civil Servants' Trade Union, in 2024, all levels of trade unions in the provincial civil servant trade union system have well implemented the programs and plans set out. In particular, focusing on studying and thoroughly grasping the resolutions of trade union congresses at all levels; taking care of the material and spiritual life of union members and workers, especially during holidays and Tet.

The provincial Trade Union organized activities to respond to Workers' Month and Occupational Safety and Hygiene Month in conjunction with the celebration of International Labor Day on May 1; visited and presented gifts to officials, civil servants, and workers in difficult circumstances, with occupational diseases and serious illnesses worth billions of VND.

The work of caring for and protecting the legitimate rights and interests of union members and workers; coordinating the implementation of the grassroots democracy regulations; and deploying new legal regulations related to union members and workers are focused on.

Directing grassroots trade unions to coordinate with heads of agencies and units to well organize conferences for civil servants and public employees in 2024. As a result, 56 agencies and units organized conferences, reaching a rate of 100%...

“In 2024, the Provincial Trade Union achieved 5 targets and exceeded 5 targets assigned by superiors. Key work targets such as developing union members, introducing outstanding union members for the Party to consider, training and admitting to the Party, inspection and supervision, implementation of legal policies, labor relations... all met and exceeded targets" - Mr. Bao said.

In 2025, with the working theme "Focusing on effectively organizing patriotic emulation movements; actively participating in building a clean and strong Party and government", Quang Nam Trade Union will focus on implementing resolutions of superiors and Quang Nam Trade Union, especially on innovating the organization and activities of the Vietnam Trade Union in the new situation.
