As reported by Tuoi Tre Online , the Drug Administration of Vietnam ( Ministry of Health ) has just forwarded a complaint against TikToker Chu Thanh Huyen to the Market Management Department, Hanoi Department of Industry and Trade, requesting handling according to legal regulations.

According to the Drug Administration, they have received a complaint from a citizen accusing Ms. Huyen of selling a set of Ohui Prime rose water cosmetics (Korea) without a Vietnamese sub-label, without issuing a sales invoice, showing signs of consuming smuggled goods and tax evasion.

When did Chu Thanh Huyen establish the company and how much is the charter capital?

The above information immediately received much attention, because Chu Thanh Huyen is a famous name in the field of online cosmetics business. After marrying football player Quang Hai, Huyen's online sales career has grown more and more.

Since the end of 2023, Huyen once "showed off" that the revenue of one of her livestreams reached 1.6 billion VND, with nearly 5,000 orders.

However, along with her fame, Chu Thanh Huyen got into a lot of "scandals", when she was involved in "exaggerated" advertisements and got into trouble with her partners.

According to national data on business registration, Chu Thanh Huyen is currently the director and legal representative of Hamin Bio Trading Company Limited.

Hamin Bio was established in April last year, when Chu Thanh Huyen had just married Quang Hai. This enterprise is headquartered in Dich Vong Hau ward, Cau Giay district, Hanoi .

Huyen's company registered business lines in 7 fields, of which the main industry is food wholesale.

In addition, this enterprise also registered to wholesale fabrics, garments, shoes; other household items such as perfumes, cosmetics; retail drugs, medical equipment, cosmetics, hygiene products in specialized stores...

Hamin Bio has a charter capital of 2 billion VND. Capital contributors include: Chu Thanh Huyen with 1.28 billion VND, equivalent to 64% of capital; the remaining Le Van Khanh contributes 720 million VND (36%).

In addition, Huyen is also the legal representative of the Chu Thanh Huyen business household - specializing in genuine Korean cosmetics. This individual household has been operating since July 2023, but is currently inactive.

Involved in scandal of exaggerated advertising

Chu Thanh Huyen was born in 2000 in Son Tay, Hanoi. This girl owns a social networking site with up to 3.1 million likes and 3.9 million followers.

The number of followers increased rapidly since having a famous husband, thanks to which Huyen quickly expanded her sales and product PR work.

However, in her sales career, this young woman has been involved in many controversies. Most recently, in mid-March this year, she was accused of using her son to advertise a milk product that was not suitable for the child's age.

Immediately afterwards, experts spoke out to confirm that Chu Thanh Huyen's advertising of milk for 8-month-old children was in violation of Government Decree 100 (which prohibits advertising of milk for children under 24 months old).

Doctors advise consumers to be cautious about food advertisements, especially for children. Age-appropriate use is important.

Later, Chu Thanh Huyen also admitted her mistake and apologized on her personal page for not clearly stating that what she shared was her personal opinion. She also contacted the brand to verify information about the age limit for using this milk.

The relationship between Chu Thanh Huyen company and Han Korea

At the same time as the "exaggerated" advertising scandal, Huyen was also accused by a former partner of "slowly paying" billions of dong in debt and having an unfriendly attitude when texted to demand payment. The partner mentioned in this incident is related to Han Korea Trading Company Limited.

Shareholder Le Van Khanh - the shareholder of Chu Thanh Huyen's Hamin Bio Trading Company Limited, is the director and legal representative of Han Korea Trading Company Limited.

Han Korea is also a famous enterprise in the field of selling cosmetics online. This enterprise was established in March 2021, with a charter capital of 1 billion VND. By July last year, Han Korea increased its capital to 5 billion VND.
