Most recently (October 29), Nui Phao Company coordinated with the Fire Prevention and Rescue Police Department (Provincial Police) to practice the fire prevention and rescue plan at the Nui Phao Mine Office. According to the hypothetical situation, at about 2:00 p.m., an electrical short circuit occurred at the material and document warehouse in the Office area, causing a fire. The fire broke out quickly, with thick smoke, threatening to spread to neighboring areas. The automatic fire alarm system was activated, all employees stopped work and evacuated as instructed.
The Company's specialized Fire Prevention and Rescue Team mobilized fire trucks, ambulances and medical vehicles to the scene, divided into two teams, one rescue team and one firefighting team, to coordinate in controlling the fire and safely evacuating the victims.
Realizing that the fire had a tendency to spread, the Fire Fighting Commander reported and requested support from professional forces. Immediately, the Fire Prevention and Rescue Police - Provincial Police mobilized 3 specialized fire trucks, deploying the team in two directions: one for rescue, one for fire extinguishing. After more than 30 minutes, the fire was completely controlled, all people and property were guaranteed safety.
