SM company criticized when Karina (aespa) continuously had wardrobe malfunctions

According to Allkpop, on an online forum, netizens are expressing their dissatisfaction with the performance costume problems that female idol Karina (member of Kpop girl group aespa) continuously faces.

The most recent incident occurred during aespa’s performance in Japan on July 14. While on stage, Karina’s shirt ripped on one side, almost exposing her upper body and underwear. The female idol had to use one hand to hold her shirt up in order to complete the performance.

A fan who witnessed the scene initially thought there was a wound on Karina's arm. Luckily, she was uninjured, but the fan expressed disappointment with Karina's costume design.

Karina's fan also said that this is not the first time she has had a wardrobe malfunction while performing.

In the past, Karina had to wear shoes with broken soles, shirts with broken straps, shirts made of hard fabric that damaged her skin, or even a sewing needle was found still stuck in Karina's shirt.
