At the meeting, many voters made recommendations to the province regarding the construction of cemeteries in the eastern region, the construction of the central market in Tam Thang commune; consideration of handling "suspended" projects; and attention to installing traffic lights at intersections of high-traffic routes.

Voters also complained about the inconvenience of taking a long time to complete procedures for issuing and reissuing “red books”. Pointing out the local flooding in some areas of the city during the rainy season that affects people’s lives, voters asked the government to provide specific answers about solutions and time to fix the problem.
Regarding the "suspended planning", voter Nguyen Van Tuong - Tan Thai village (Tam Thang commune) reflected that from 2015 until now, Tan Thai village has been in the planning area of Tam Thang Industrial Park phase 2. For nearly 10 years, the province has not yet had a definitive answer to let people know where to relocate and resettle or stay, how the planning will be adjusted.
“The province needs to respond to the people to make them aware. We are always worried about this because houses are in disrepair and cannot be rebuilt; roads and cultural institutions are not being invested in,” said Mr. Tuong.

Supporting the policy of increasing salaries, however, voter Tran Van Son of Phu Thanh village (Tam Phu commune) expressed concern that the health insurance premium would also increase at a corresponding rate. Mr. Son hopes that the province will have a support policy so that those without salaries can afford to buy health insurance, ensuring the good implementation of the new rural criteria.
Acknowledging and receiving the voters' enthusiastic and responsible opinions to convey to the Provincial People's Council forum, delegate Tran Nam Hung - Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee also discussed specifically the issues raised by voters.
Regarding the construction of the eastern cemetery, according to delegate Tran Nam Hung, the voters' proposal is reasonable. The arrangement of the eastern cemetery is a major, correct and existing policy of Tam Ky City and Quang Nam Province.
According to calculations, two cemeteries will be built in the eastern region, specifically in Tam Phu commune (below Vo Chi Cong street, bordering Tam Tien commune) and in Tam Thang commune (bordering Binh Nam commune). However, these two areas cannot be implemented because they have not received consensus from households related to land clearance, some of which are located near the cemetery planning area.
Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Tran Nam Hung requested the Tam Ky City People's Committee to focus on handling and resolving the problems in the coming time. Voters also need to help the government mobilize affected people to unanimously support the local policy. Party committees and authorities of communes and cities need to stick close to the grassroots to jointly resolve the issues and create a common consensus.
Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Tran Nam Hung requested that at the next meeting with voters, the Tam Ky City People's Committee report specifically on the project implementation. The city must clearly identify solutions and methods, including calculating project adjustments.

Regarding the idea of considering handling the “suspended” project, Mr. Hung said that for Khoi Thanh Company, the project has not been implemented for 9 years. The problem is that the company really wants to invest, if we had cleared the land, they would have done it 7-8 years ago. The reason is that the land clearance is not possible because Tam Thanh commune does not have a place to move and rebury the graves.
The company has basically paid compensation for the houses and trees on the land. But there is no place to move the graves, not the company's fault.
“The company confirmed that it will do it, by adjusting the planning scale to avoid overlap and not touching graves. The investor plans to work with the province to resume implementation in 2025…” - Mr. Hung said.
Regarding the opinion of voters in Tan Thai village (Tam Thang commune) requesting a clear answer on whether to clear the village or not, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Tran Nam Hung said that the provincial departments had met and agreed on the proposal to keep the village.
“When the authority officially decides to keep Tan Thai village, the planning will be removed. At that time, people will build houses, divide plots, and infrastructure and essential civil works will also be invested in,” said Mr. Hung.
