On March 29, in Binh Dinh province, the Emulation Cluster of the Central Highlands and Central Coast provinces held a conference to summarize the emulation covenant in 2023 and sign the emulation covenant in 2024. Acting President Vo Thi Anh Xuan - First Vice President of the Central Emulation and Reward Council attended and directed the conference. Attending the conference were leaders of the Office of the President , the Central Emulation and Reward Council, delegates from 9 Central Highlands and Central Coast provinces and Mr. Tran Hoa Nam - Vice Chairman of Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee.

The conference evaluated the results of the implementation of the emulation covenant in 2023, the direction and tasks for 2024; the results of the evaluation, scoring, emulation classification and proposed rewards; exchanged experiences and solutions to improve the quality and effectiveness of emulation and reward work of units in the cluster and signed the emulation covenant in 2024.

In 2023, although the domestic situation still faces many difficulties and challenges, with the attention and leadership of the Party Central Committee, the National Assembly, the Government , the Central Emulation and Reward Council and the Central Emulation and Reward Committee, members of the emulation cluster have diversified the content and launched timely, synchronous, extensive, and practical patriotic emulation movements...; which have been responded to and participated in by all levels, sectors, and people.
