According to the authorities, many areas in the province experienced record rainfall: Nhon Hai measured 316.6 mm, Khanh Phu 334.6 mm, causing river water levels to rise, increasing the risk of flash floods and landslides. Low-lying areas in Nha Trang, Ninh Hoa, and Dien Khanh were heavily flooded; the entire province had nearly 9,000 houses flooded with a common depth of 0.3-0.7 m, some deeper spots forcing more than 1,100 households to be urgently evacuated at night. Many roads were cut off, traffic was disrupted, people lacked clean water and faced the risk of disease outbreaks after the flood.

Grasping the complicated developments of the floods, Long Chau has coordinated with Khanh Hoa Department of Health to immediately mobilize human resources and supplies to heavily affected areas. It is known that 1 ton of supportive medicine includes cold medicine, cough medicine, diarrhea medicine, skin ointment, bandages and many other medical supplies. These items will help people take care of their health on the spot in limited traffic conditions, while preventing diseases that often arise after floods due to polluted water sources and prolonged humid environments.

1 ton of medicine was donated by Long Chau to the representative of Khanh Hoa Provincial Department of Health.
Although the storm has affected the lives of many employees and their families and caused damage to some stores in the system, with the spirit of turning to the 'gut' of the Central region, Long Chau's team still strives to be present in time where it is most needed. Long Chau affirms that it will continue to coordinate with local authorities and related units to deploy more community health care activities, accompanying the people of Khanh Hoa on the journey to stabilize their lives after the natural disaster.

Also on November 23, the Long Chau charity bus carrying 3 tons of medicine and medical supplies continued to Dak Lak and Gia Lai, supporting community health, joining hands to share the pain and loss caused by natural disasters with the people of the Central region. Previously, on October 31, Long Chau promptly mobilized 4 tons of medicine, health care products and essential medical supplies to rescue people in flood-hit areas in the Central provinces.

These contributions demonstrate Long Chau's strong commitment to protecting and improving public health, spreading the spirit of mutual love and social responsibility in the context of unusual natural disasters.
