With the invention of biological straws made from leaves, a group of students from Ho Chi Minh City University of Industry and Trade confidently brought the product to the market and received high praise from teachers and customers.

Students start experimenting with bio-based straws
The special feature of the project is that the product is made from whole leaves, going through the steps of leaf selection, heating, shaping, etc. The group offers a finished product that is cheap but still ensures safety for users.
The bio-based straw products made from coconut leaves and banana leaves have been tested and achieved completely acceptable results within the limits of National Standard TCVN 12723:2019.
