The 2023 competition to learn about cashless payments.

On October 7th, the State Bank of Vietnam's Ninh Thuan branch, in coordination with the Provincial Youth Union, organized the 2023 Non-Cash Payment Knowledge Contest. Attending the event was Mr. Phan Tan Canh, Standing Committee Member of the Provincial Party Committee and Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee.

The competition was held in two formats: online and in person. The online format took place from August 1st to September 30th with 90 participants from the following teams: Ninh Phuoc, Ninh Son, Ninh Hai, Thuan Bac, Thuan Nam, Bac Ai District Youth Unions; Phan Rang - Thap Cham City Youth Union; Ho Chi Minh City University of Agriculture and Forestry Branch in Ninh Thuan; and the Provincial Agencies and Enterprises Bloc Youth Union. The teams competed in three parts: greetings and team introductions; knowledge test; and a skit addressing a situation related to the use of financial and banking services.

Comrade Phan Tan Canh, Standing Committee member of the Provincial Party Committee and Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, presented commemorative flags to the participating teams.

After a day of exciting competition, the Organizing Committee awarded the first prize to the Phan Rang - Thap Cham City Youth Union; the best skit for resolving a situation went to the Provincial Agencies and Enterprises Bloc Youth Union.
