Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Vu Viet Van conducted a field survey and inspection of the Dong Trac Cemetery expansion project in Tu Vu commune.
In Tu Vu commune, Deputy Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Vu Viet Van and the delegation listened to a report on the Dong Trac Cemetery expansion project, covering a total area of over 6 hectares, which is being implemented through a bidding process to select an investor for land use.
The project aims to build and operate a modern, centralized cemetery to meet the burial and cremation needs of local residents; while also providing civilized funeral services, managing and maintaining the landscape in an ecological manner, contributing to ensuring aesthetics and protecting the environment. The cemetery is designed to accommodate 5,150 new graves, with a total investment of over 51 billion VND. The project is divided into several phases, scheduled for completion from Q4/2025 to Q4/2029.
In his concluding remarks, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Vu Viet Van requested that, based on the project appraisal report from the Department of Finance, the Office of the Provincial People's Committee compile a report for submission to the Provincial People's Committee for consideration and approval of implementation, ensuring compliance with legal regulations.

Next, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Vu Viet Van and the delegation inspected the Wyndham Thanh Thuy International Conference Center, Hotel, and Resort Villas Project in Thanh Thuy commune, invested by Onsen Fuji Group Joint Stock Company.
This is one of the projects, the Tokyu Residences tourist apartment and conference center, which will commence construction simultaneously on December 19th, to celebrate the 14th National Congress of the Communist Party of Vietnam. The construction scale has been adjusted to a 26-story international conference center with a construction area of approximately 3,600 m2 and a capacity of over 1,500 people; the tower block will include over 900 tourist apartments, accommodating over 1,500 guests per day and night. The total investment after adjustment has increased from over 480 billion VND to over 931 billion VND. The project is expected to be completed and operational from April 2028. Following the inspection, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Vu Viet Van requested the investor to prepare sufficient manpower, machinery, and equipment to ensure the commencement of construction as planned on December 19th, 2025.
