Accordingly, on the morning of July 17, the functional forces of Da Lat City will carry out enforcement to completely handle the illegal construction works during the construction process of the Golf Club building at Cu Hill, Da Lat. The enforcement work will be carried out in accordance with the correct procedures, ensuring the strictness of the law. The enforcement period is expected to take place within 2 months, from July 17 to September 17, 2024.
Previously, on May 29, 2024, the Department of Construction of Lam Dong province also signed a decision to revoke the only license of the building in Cu Da Lat Hill issued by the Department of Construction for part of the basement of Golf service block 1 of the Cu Da Lat Hill Golf Club building with an area of 2,639m2. The reason is that the investor did not remedy the illegal construction with a total area of more than 20,000m2. According to this decision, within 05 working days from the date of issuance of the decision (May 29, 2024), Hoang Gia DL Company must return the construction license to the Department of Construction. After the above deadline, the Department of Construction of Lam Dong province will cancel the license according to regulations. On June 10, 2024, the People's Committee of Da Lat city issued a decision to enforce the demolition of the violating construction.
During the working process on the morning of June 11, 2024, Hoang Gia DL Company has not yet presented a plan to dismantle the illegal construction of the Cu Hill Golf Club building in Da Lat. By the afternoon of June 11, Hoang Gia DL Company sent a document requesting permission to dismantle on its own and to do so on June 12. From that time until now (from June 11), the self-dismantling period (15 days) has passed, so the authorities have proceeded to forcibly dismantle the illegal construction.
The illegal construction has a very large volume of demolition and a complex structure; therefore, the demolition of the illegal construction will be carried out by a specialized and capable construction unit.
Specifically, the illegal construction part that was forcibly demolished consisted of 2 blocks.
Block 1 (reception block) has a scale of 2 floors (1 basement, 1 ground floor) with foundation, pillars, beams, construction volume is 3,333.14m2 , reinforced concrete floor, no walls.
Block 2 (golf service block 2) has a scale of 5 floors (2 basements, 1 ground floor, 2 floors), the construction volume is 17,073m2 , the structure of foundation, pillars, beams, reinforced concrete floors, brick walls. The total area of violation of the 2 construction blocks is 20,406.14m2 .
All implementation plans have been planned, approved and prepared in detail to ensure that the enforcement is carried out in accordance with the law, safely and in accordance with security and order. According to the People's Committee of Ward 1, the investor must bear all costs of enforcement and dismantling the above-mentioned illegal construction.
