On February 27th, Lam Thao district enforced the mandatory inventory decision in Song Cau area (area 16), Tien Kien commune, to implement a rural residential infrastructure construction project.
The enforcement action was carried out with the full participation of various departments, agencies, organizations, and local authorities.
The project to build infrastructure for rural residential areas in Song Cau area has a total planning area of over 8,200m2 , involving 21 households. Up to now, 17/21 households have cooperated in carrying out the inventory, complied with the land recovery decision, received compensation, and handed over the site to the State.
The remaining four landowners have not cooperated with the competent authorities in the inventory of land and assets on the land, citing their disagreement with the compensation and support rates stipulated by the State.
In order for the project to be implemented on schedule, Lam Thao District People's Committee has issued 3 Decisions on enforcing the implementation of the Decision on compulsory inventory for households that do not cooperate in accordance with regulations, including: Mrs. Nguyen Thi Hoa's household co-using land with Mrs. Nguyen Thi Nhan's household, plot No. 321, map sheet No. 9, recovered area 233/266m 2 ; Mrs. Nguyen Thi Loan's household, owner of plot No. 413, map sheet No. 9, recovered area 267m 2 ; Mr. Le Van Hung's household and Mrs. Nguyen Thi Thuy's household, owner of plot No. 412, map sheet No. 9, recovered area 200m 2 .

The enforcement of the Decision on compulsory inventory in Tien Kien commune aims to ensure the progress of the project to build infrastructure for rural residential areas in Song Cau area. The enforcement work took place in accordance with the procedures prescribed by law, ensuring absolute safety for people and property.
