The Hanoi Departmentof Education and Training officially announced the 2024 public 10th grade exam scores. Compared to the plan, the exam scores were released 4 days earlier.
Scores are updated on the city's primary school admission system.

After accessing the above link, select the box "Look up 10th grade entrance exam scores" . Candidates use the student code, identification code or registration number to look up exam scores.
It is expected that on July 1, in the morning, the Department will hold a meeting to review the benchmark scores for specialized, dual-degree, and bilingual classes. In the afternoon, the Department will review the benchmark scores for non-specialized grade 10.
The announcement of benchmark scores is expected on July 1-4.
Last year, right after reviewing the benchmark scores, the Department announced them on the afternoon of July 1, one week earlier than the previous plan.
The entrance exam for grade 10 public schools in Hanoi will take place on June 8-9 for general candidates, June 10 for candidates registering for specialized exams, and June 11-12 for candidates taking dual exams.
This year's exam is highly differentiated, according to many teachers. The benchmark score is expected to be lower than in 2023.
In the 2024-2025 school year, 119 public high schools in Hanoi were assigned 81,200 enrollment targets. With nearly 106,000 candidates taking the exam, about 25,000 candidates will not be admitted.
