Da Nang: Opening for sale 633 apartments of An Trung 2 social housing project

According to Notice No. 4299/TB-SXB, the number of social housing apartments for sale is 633 apartments (block A: 288 apartments, block B: 345 apartments). Apartment selling price: 16,207,395 VND/m2 (including profit and VAT, excluding floor coefficient K and maintenance cost 2%). In addition to the house purchase price and taxes, fees, and charges related to the purchase and sale of houses as prescribed, investors are not allowed to mobilize capital, collect price differences and other illegal revenues from home buyers.

Households and individuals who want to buy social housing should contact the investor directly for instructions and submit application for purchase. The time for instructions on application is from May 28 to July 22. The time for receiving applications is from June 30 to July 22. Subjects registering to buy social housing are specified in Clauses 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, Article 76 of the Housing Law. Conditions for registering to buy social housing are specified in the Housing Law and Decree No. 100/2024/ND-CP, including housing conditions and income conditions. Procedures for buying and selling social housing are specified in Clause 1, Article 38 of Decree No. 100/2024/ND-CP.

The Department of Construction of Da Nang recommends that households and individuals fully understand the information of social housing projects eligible for sale and receive registration documents to buy according to the announcement of the Department of Construction; regulations on management and use of social housing before submitting registration documents to buy social housing.

Contact the project investor directly for instructions and to receive the application for social housing purchase. Declare information truthfully and in accordance with regulations and be legally responsible for the contents declared in the application for social housing purchase. In case of detecting false declarations or violations of regulations, the review result will be canceled, the contract will be canceled (in case the contract has been signed) and the social housing will be revoked (in case the house has been handed over).

Applications for social housing purchase must be submitted within the reception period as notified by the Department of Construction. Applications submitted before or after the reception period will be invalid.
