Da Nang: Huong Tra Ward issues the first "red books" under the 2-level local government model

On July 24, the People's Committee of Huong Tra Ward (Da Nang City) organized a ceremony to grant certificates of land use rights, house ownership rights and assets attached to land to people - marking the first cases to be granted after implementing the 2-level local government model in Da Nang City.

At the ceremony, the Ward People's Committee awarded 24 land use right certificates to households in the area, just after 24 days of operating under the new model.

Mr. Pham The Man, Vice Chairman of Huong Tra Ward People's Committee, said: The initial phase of implementing the new model encountered many difficulties due to the lack of synchronization of database and equipment. The Ward People's Committee proactively advanced funds to purchase equipment for printing land use right certificates, ensuring timely service to the people's needs.

During this period, Huong Tra ward has issued 24 land use right certificates to households in the area.

“The initial difficulties have been overcome. Huong Tra Ward commits to continue reviewing and implementing the next rounds of issuing certificates, ensuring that all administrative procedures are carried out quickly, transparently, and in accordance with regulations for the benefit of the people,” Mr. Pham The Man emphasized.
