The Department of Construction of Da Nang has just announced the opening of social housing for sale at the Social Housing Apartment Project - Bau Tram Lakeside Green Urban Area in Hoa Hiep Nam Ward, Lien Chieu District, Da Nang City.
According to the announcement, 240 units will be opened for sale this time. Of which, 2 units are in buildings CT2 and CT3, the remaining 238 units are in buildings CT5, CT6, CT8 and CT9. Each unit has an area of 45 to 70 square meters.
The price of each apartment ranges from 747.9 million VND to 1.145 billion VND depending on location and area. The deadline for receiving applications is April 19, 2024, at the office of the Social Housing Project Management Board at Lot B4-2 of Bau Tram Lakeside Green Urban Area (Me Linh Street turns into Huynh Dang Street 500m, Hoa Hiep Nam Ward, Lien Chieu District).

The social housing apartment project at lot B4-2 in Bau Tram Lakeside Green Urban Area, invested by Saigon - Da Nang Investment Joint Stock Company, includes 6 apartment towers of 20 - 21 floors above ground and 11 common basements with a total of 1,809 apartments.
Of these 1,809 apartments, there are 1,165 social housing units, 348 commercial housing units for sale and 296 social housing units for rent.
According to the Department of Construction of Da Nang, the subjects and conditions for registering to buy social housing this time are according to the provisions of the Housing Law, Decree No. 100/2015/ND-CP, Decree No. 49/2021/ND-CP and policies of Da Nang City.
The Da Nang Department of Construction also noted that home buyers are not allowed to mortgage (except in the case of mortgaging with a bank to buy the apartment itself), and are not allowed to transfer the house in any form for a minimum period of 5 years from the time of full payment of the house purchase according to the contract signed with the seller; are only allowed to resell, mortgage or lease after being granted a Certificate of land use rights, house ownership rights and other assets attached to the land according to regulations.
It is known that in the period of 2021 - 2023, Da Nang City has completed investment in 8 social housing blocks in 3 projects with a total of 1,774 apartments. In 2024, Da Nang City will focus on urging the progress of implementing 5 social housing projects, striving to complete 2,750 apartments.
