Japanese tea ceremony is considered one of the three classical arts of the cherry blossom country, along with Kodo incense appreciation and Kado flower arrangement. Tea ceremony originated from Zen Buddhism in 815. Vietnamese tea has a history of more than 5,000 years, closely associated with wet rice agriculture . Tea plants were originally considered herbs with medicinal and detoxifying properties, and gradually became a regular drink of the Vietnamese people. Vietnamese tea has a simple and rustic beauty, expressed through the way of making tea, enjoying tea and the tea culture of the Vietnamese people.
In addition to listening to the sharing from artisans about the culture of making and enjoying tea, people and tourists have the opportunity to directly practice the Tea Ceremony and Tea Rituals to better understand the meaning behind the traditional culture of Japan and Vietnam.
Exchange day of cotton balls between Kawasaki Frontale Club and Da Nang youth
On this occasion, young players of the Community Football Centers were able to participate in exchanges and practice football skills with coaches from Kawasaki Club - one of the leading famous clubs in Japan and Asia.

Festival program with exciting performances, cosplay contest dressed as Japanese cartoon characters...
Within the framework of the Festival, at the exhibition area of the Consulate General of Japan in Da Nang, a special opera project “Princess Anio” was introduced, depicting the 400-year-old love story between Princess Ngoc Hoa of Quang Nam and Araki Sotaro, a merchant from Nagasaki. At the same time, people and tourists were able to participate in activities imbued with traditional Japanese culture such as Origami paper folding, calligraphy, etc.
Experience Japanese Baseball
Students from several schools in the city contributed to the festival program with performances and cosplay contests dressing up as Japanese cartoon characters.
In parallel, at the East Sea Park Area, residents and visitors can participate in Bon-odori and Bamboo Dance, experience Japanese baseball, perform and participate in Japanese wrestling, enjoy art performances, and enjoy traditional Vietnamese musical instruments with delicate notes.
