In the 2020 - 2025 term, the Party Committee, Party organization, and commanders at all levels of Economic-Defense Group 337 have thoroughly grasped and effectively implemented the tasks, goals, and targets set out in the Resolution of the 10th Party Congress of the Group.

In particular, many tasks, goals and targets were exceeded; training, combat readiness, disaster prevention, search and rescue, and overall quality were constantly improved.

The unit actively coordinated the implementation and completion of investment in construction of 27 approved projects with a total investment of more than 100 billion VND. Integrated planning and stable arrangement of 2 resettlement areas in the 2 communes of Huong Lap and Huong Viet.

Organized 26 mass mobilization activities with thousands of working days to help people in 13 communes of Huong Hoa and Dakrong districts develop the economy and build new rural areas; supported and sponsored 95 poor households, 89 orphans and poor students; examined and provided free medicine to more than 4,820 people with a total value of over 2 billion VND.

Party building work is constantly being consolidated and enhanced; Party committees, Party organizations, cadres and Party members strictly comply with the principles of Party organization and activities. Every year, 100% of cadres and Party members commit to striving to implement the Party's resolutions, directives and regulations in conjunction with self-cultivation and training; 100% of Party organizations, Party committees, cadres and Party members do not have moral degradation.

The Congress determined that in the 2025 - 2030 term, it will promote democracy, uphold discipline, be proactive, creative, promote combined strength, and well perform the task of building a strong Khe Sanh Economic-Defense Zone; build clean and strong Party committees and organizations with high leadership capacity and fighting spirit, and lead the building of comprehensively strong agencies and units that are "Exemplary and typical".

Focus on leading and directing the implementation of three breakthroughs: “Improving the leadership capacity and fighting strength of grassroots Party committees; promoting the role and responsibility of cadres at all levels. Training quality, combat readiness; building discipline and discipline management; effectively implementing project work and mass mobilization work in depth. Administrative reform, digital transformation and application of science and technology”.

With the motto "unity - innovation - development", the congress elected 13 comrades to the Party Executive Committee for the 2025 - 2030 term and 8 official delegates, 1 alternate delegate to attend the 12th Congress of the Party Committee of Military Region 4, term 2025 - 2030. Political Commissar of Economic-Defense Group 337, Colonel Nguyen Duc Thao was elected to hold the position of Party Committee Secretary; Head of Economic-Defense Group 337, Colonel Uong Dinh Tan was elected to hold the position of Deputy Party Committee Secretary.
