On October 29, the Women's Union of Can Dang commune (An Giang province) held the 1st Congress of Delegates, term 2025 - 2030.

The Executive Committee of the Can Dang Commune Women's Union, term I, 2025 - 2030, was introduced to the congress.

During the past term, the Women's Union of Can Dang commune supported 8 female members to achieve the title of good farmers and businessmen; coordinated with the Social Policy Bank to provide loans to members to develop their family economy , with a total outstanding debt of over 25 billion VND.

At the same time, 2 vocational training classes were organized for 128 female students; vocational counseling and job referrals were provided to over 1,200 local women working in companies and factories in and outside the province...

The Congress announced the decision of the Standing Committee of the An Giang Provincial Women's Union to appoint the Executive Committee of the Can Dang Commune Women's Union, Term I, consisting of 19 members, and the Standing Committee of 5 members. Comrade Truong Thi Thuy Diem was appointed to hold the position of President of the Can Dang Commune Women's Union, term 2025 - 2030.
