On November 6, 2024, the 4th Congress of the Thai Binh Provincial Women Entrepreneurs Association, term 2024-2029, elected 33 female entrepreneurs to join the Executive Committee. Ms. Hoang Thi Hong continued to be elected as the new President of the Association.

Presenting the Summary Report on the activities of the Thai Binh Women Entrepreneurs Association for the 2019-2024 term, Vice President of the Thai Binh Women Entrepreneurs Association Nguyen Thi Ngoan stated: In the 2019-2024 term, with internal strength and a strong spirit of growth, enterprises led and managed by Thai Binh women entrepreneurs have overcome storms, stood firm and developed production and business, making significant contributions to the province's socio-economic development .

All 135 members are business owners in various fields of production and business such as textiles, footwear, cotton, confectionery, printing, trade and services, construction materials and export production... As a result, in the past 5 years, members of the Thai Binh Province Women Entrepreneurs Association have achieved a turnover of over 15,000 billion VND, creating jobs for over 10,000 workers, of which 7,000 are regular workers, with good income. Contributing to the state budget over 1,400 billion VND.

Leaders of Thai Binh province, Vietnam Association of Women Entrepreneurs and leaders of Thai Binh Provincial Business Association congratulated the Executive Committee of Thai Binh Provincial Women Entrepreneurs Association for the 2024-2029 term.

In particular, social, humanitarian and charitable activities have become a cultural beauty and highlight of the Thai Binh Province Women Entrepreneurs Association. The Association has coordinated with the Association for the Support of the Disabled to organize the second "Heart of Compassion" exchange program and has received active support from a large number of members, units, businesses, agencies and philanthropists to support the Heart of Compassion Fund, with an amount of more than 4 billion VND. The entire amount of the Heart of Compassion Fund is used to help people in difficult circumstances, people with disabilities and victims of Agent Orange in Thai Binh.

In addition, the Thai Binh Provincial Women Entrepreneurs Association is also a pioneer in charitable activities such as supporting thousands of Tet gifts for the poor; joining hands with localities to fight the Covid-19 epidemic and contributing to the Vaccine Fund; participating in the Gratitude Fund, the Fund for the Disabled and Agent Orange Victims; supporting people in natural disaster and flood areas; giving gifts to students who are children of members with excellent academic achievements with a total amount of tens of billions of VND.

Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Council of Thai Binh province Nguyen Tien Thanh presented a banner of the Provincial Party Committee, People's Council, and People's Committee to the Provincial Women Entrepreneurs Association.

Promoting the results achieved in the past term, the Provincial Women Entrepreneurs Association unites to compete to successfully implement 7 goals and tasks for the 2024 - 2029 term, including promoting consulting, training, and supporting member businesses in digital transformation, green transformation, developing the sharing economy and circular economy; increasing the number of new members by 20% to 30% compared to the previous term; coordinating to organize 2 to 3 training courses on legal knowledge and business administration for member businesses; organizing 3 to 5 study tours and learning experiences;...

Speaking at the Congress, Permanent Vice President of the Vietnam Association of Women Entrepreneurs Nguyen Thi Bao Hien and Permanent Vice President of the Thai Binh Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Quang Hung acknowledged and highly appreciated the contributions of female enterprises and entrepreneurs to socio-economic development and humanitarian and charitable activities in recent times.

To build a strong and sustainable Association, promote the role of gathering, uniting, and supporting the development of female businesses and entrepreneurs, Vice President Nguyen Quang Hung suggested: The Provincial Women Entrepreneurs Association needs to firmly grasp and thoroughly grasp the guiding ideology of the Resolution of the 13th National Party Congress, the Resolution of the 20th Provincial Party Congress, and the socio-economic development goals.

On this occasion, the Vietnam Federation of Commerce and Industry, the Vietnam Association of Small and Medium Enterprises, the Vietnam Association of Women Entrepreneurs, the People's Committee of Thai Binh province, the Women's Union of Thai Binh province, and the Association of Enterprises of Thai Binh province awarded Certificates of Merit to more than 40 organizations and individuals with outstanding achievements; the Thai Binh Association of Women Entrepreneurs awarded 60 million VND to policy families.

The Congress of the Provincial Women Entrepreneurs Association elected and introduced the Executive Committee, Standing Committee, Inspection Committee, and Standing Committee of the Association for the 2024-2029 term; Ms. Hoang Thi Hong, President of the Provincial Women Entrepreneurs Association for the 2019-2024 term, continued to be elected as President of the Association for the 2024-2029 term.
