In the cause of building and defending the Fatherland, especially in the past 5 years , the local defense and military work in general and the "Determined to Win" emulation movement in particular of the provincial armed forces have had new developments. Typical examples include building 14 models of "Cultural - Defense Villages and Hamlets " in the provincial defense area; participating in supporting funds for the Poor, "Repaying Gratitude", natural disaster prevention , Covid - 19 prevention... nearly 10 billion VND; building 40 gratitude houses, with a total value of 3.2 billion VND. Over the past 5 years, the "Determined to Win" emulation movement of the provincial armed forces has developed comprehensively, with many innovations, achieving solid results; more and more typical advanced collectives and individuals have appeared, with no more weak units. The provincial armed forces have always excellently fulfilled the set goals and emulation targets; It is truly a great driving force that directly contributes to improving the overall quality and combat strength of the provincial armed forces, excellently completing all assigned tasks, creating favorable conditions for socio-economic development and strengthening national defense and security in the locality.
With outstanding achievements and results , over the past 5 years, 461 individuals have been awarded medals and orders of all kinds by the State; 2 collectives and 2 individuals have been awarded Certificates of Merit by the Prime Minister; 1 collective has been awarded a flag , 14 collectives and 11 individuals have been awarded Certificates of Merit by the Ministry of National Defense; 88 collectives and 70 individuals have been awarded flags and Certificates of Merit by the Military Region 3 Command; The Provincial People's Committee has awarded Excellent Emulation Flags to 12 collectives , Certificates of Merit to 278 individuals; The Provincial Military Command has awarded 736 collectives and 2,145 individuals.
