The delegation expressed their respect to the spirit of President Ho Chi Minh - the great leader of the Vietnamese people. President Ho Chi Minh was honored by UNESCO as a national liberation hero and an outstanding cultural figure.

Next, the delegation visited President Ho Chi Minh's hometown and listened to tour guides explain about President Ho Chi Minh's hometown, family, childhood, life and career.

Vietnam and the US established a Comprehensive Strategic Partnership for peace, cooperation and sustainable development, during talks between General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong and President Biden on September 10 in Hanoi.

This historic event is expected to bring great benefits to the two countries, creating an "open corridor" for economic cooperation between the two countries.
