Colonel Ca Van Lap holds the position of Secretary of the Party Committee of Hue City Border Guard.

At the conference, the Party Committee of the Hue City Border Guard Command announced the decision of the Standing Committee of the Hue City Party Committee on appointing Colonel Ca Van Lap - Political Commissar of the Hue City Border Guard Command to join the Party Executive Committee, the Standing Committee of the Party Committee, and hold the position of Secretary of the Party Committee of the City Border Guard Command, term XI, 2020 - 2025.

Speaking at the ceremony, Colonel Ca Van Lap pledged to strive to cultivate, train, and improve his political qualities and professional qualifications in all aspects to meet the requirements of the mission.

The new Secretary of the Party Committee of the Hue City Border Guard Command also pledged to be exemplary and united, and together with the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of the Hue City Border Guard Command, lead and direct the unit to successfully complete the assigned tasks.

Previously, the Minister of National Defense decided to transfer Colonel Ca Van Lap to the position of Political Commissar of the Hue City Border Guard Command. Before being transferred to this position, Colonel Ca Van Lap was the Party Secretary and Political Commissar of the Son La Province Border Guard Command.
