The cooperation program is the result of the exchange and agreement between the two sides with the goal of promoting Vietnamese goods and improving the competitiveness of Vietnamese enterprises, especially in the fields of consumer goods, agricultural products and seafood.

Accordingly, Central will closely coordinate with the Ministry of Industry and Trade to organize annual trade promotion activities in Vietnam and a number of countries, including the "Vietnamese Goods Week" in Thailand; and participate in the Vietnam International Sourcing event series with the role of connecting domestic suppliers with the international distribution system.

Central Group also commits to supporting the provision of detailed technical guidelines on necessary standards so that Vietnamese enterprises can bring goods into the group's supermarket and shopping mall systems in the markets in which they operate.

Within the framework of cooperation, Central will research and develop projects to produce agricultural products that meet domestic and international quality standards, support businesses in distributing in its system, and participate in building brands for Vietnamese specialty agricultural products.

In addition, the two sides will also cooperate to improve the quality of human resources in the distribution-retail sector through specialized training programs and technical support.

In particular, Central will continue to develop product consumption value chains for ethnic minority and mountainous areas and implement community livelihood models that the group is pursuing in Vietnam.

The Ministry of Industry and Trade affirmed that it will closely coordinate with Central in implementing cooperation programs, supporting local and business connections, disseminating guidance information, and sharing commercial infrastructure planning data in accordance with the law.

The two sides pledged to maintain regular dialogue and resolve difficulties during the implementation process. This cooperation program is valid from 2026 to 2028 and is an important milestone in the economic and trade cooperation between Vietnam and Thailand, contributing to bringing Vietnamese goods to the regional and global markets.
